Once enough units are sold the new cabin owners will form a Homeowners Association and they can make decisions for the resort. we will maintain the property for at least 5 years giving new cabin owners time to make decisions about the property. There are a total of 15 units plus the owners home. There is a 20' x 40' pool as well as a 8' x 8' kiddee pool, 20 slip boat dock (stalls 10' x 24') and we have plans to install a laundry room in the next couple of years. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||

We're also about one hour from Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We have peace and quiet right on Table Rock Lake, away from all the traffic and congestion. Excellent Golf Courses are also located nearby. Each cottage is air conditioned, and is completely equipped and furnished for easy housekeeping. The prices include one boat stall. We will be installing new foam tubs for floatation and an additional divider board for use with boat lifts. There may be a few additional boat slips available.
The cabins have all been remodeled within the past 5 years to include new roofs, siding, insulated windows, soffit & facia, mast & weatherhead and heaters. We also have a state of the art drip irrigation septic system installed in the fall of 2005. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
